We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size or change of color selected by the customer. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts, if you are unsure before purchasing, please contact us at contact@reenclair.com 

Due to COVID 19 unfortunately we had to put a hold on all returns. We will be pleased to accept a return if there was an error on our end.

Can I exchange my purchases?

Unfortunately, not at the moment, we understand that choosing the best product for you may be difficult without seeing the product in person, but for the health and safety of our customers we had to put a hold on all exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a picture of damaged products, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-10 business days and can take up to 2-4 business days for it to be delivered if standard is chosen.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please use the tracking number provided at our website: for updated information.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Our Website reenclair.com to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address If a package is returned due to an incorrect address inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the item to be shipped back to the correct address.

If you choose to have a refund, once we received the returned package, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.

Delivery Issues We make every effort to get your order to you on time, however once we drop off your order at the carrier, we have no control on delays, lost or stolen packages.

If a customer inputs the wrong address and was delivered to that address.

No refunds or replacements will be issued. You may email contact@reenclair.com within 12 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address.

Once the 12-hour timeframe has passed, no changes will be made.

If a package is shipped and returned due to an incorrect address inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the package to be shipped back to the correct address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Our Website REEN CLAIR LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages contact@reenclair.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We offer worldwide shipping.

Including APO/FPO. International Orders: If there are additional taxes, customs fees or any other fees associated with your order.

This will be billed to the customer.
